As our generation passed by, different things changed,
especially when it comes through communication. Our communication before are
really different from our communication before. Communication before, you will
really need an effort. You will write every single letters for you to say what
you want, and express what you want. Communication before is not that easy, you
cannot accept the things you want to say and express that fast. And when it
comes in the communication today, it is really different from the communication
before, communication today; you can express and say what the things you want
to say in the easiest way. Communication today is also about technology, you
can easily communicate through technologies or any hi-tech gadgets or things.
New technology and social media sites are
constantly changing, evolving and developing, which means the face of personal communication is also changing.
These changes, unfortunately, often mean people are having less and less
face-to-face interaction. The invention
of new gadgets such as mobile phones makes communication easier by allowing
people to communicate from anywhere. Nowadays, people can’t live without
technology because they want to communicate easier. We can communicate faster in our relatives if
they are far from us through technology. They can message you if they have
something to tell or ask. The most significant impact of technology on
communication is the spread of the Internet and the possibility of sending
emails and chatting. Email was one of the first forms of communication
technology to come about that is still used today.
Nowadays, other people using technology to
communicate to others but the others they usually used the old process to
communicate. They are sending messages through social media sites, such as
Facebook, Yahoo, G mail and etc. Email is currently the most popular form of
online communication. Tex-ting has also increased dramatically since it first
came about in the ’90s and is now used for communicate more than calling
someone is. It is no secret that time spent on new technology and social media
sites is increasing immensely, creating less time for real-life interactions. Technologies
integral to the Internet help spread the net of communication by tracking down
old friends, shedding light on new business opportunities, creating new
opportunities for business and personal purchasing, and similar ventures. There
are so many changes in communication but we can still use the old style of
communication. Things changed but it will depend on how we will use
communication, it can be in old style or in new style.
